I liked the massage chair a lot. The window size was generous. I also appreciated the view from both the bed and bathroom.

small room temperamental air conditioning
the room was quite compact. trying to maneuver around with luggage seemed like a strategic puzzle (i nearly tripped over my suitcase more than once). also, the air conditioning seemed a bit temperamental, fluctuating between arctic blast and barely there. i never quite found the sweet spot. it was a minor inconvenience, but definitely noticeable, temperamental air conditioning.

convenient location massage chair
The location is very convenient. It is in Roppongi with many restaurants nearby. the subway station is just minutes away with access to the Hibiya or Oedo Line. The room offered a massage chair. This was a really good addition that I did not pay extra for.
Essential items like cotton pads were only available at the lobby. I had to pick them up daily. This was not ideal.

small room stained carpet
the room was quite small (even for japan). there wasn't really enough space to open my suitcase comfortably, a bit frustrating. the massage chair, while a nice idea, felt a bit redundant given the limited space. also, i noticed some stains on the carpet, which wasn't very appealing.

An Acceptable Stay
central location subway entrance friendly staff small room glass divider massage chair
The location was really handy. It was close to the subway. Restaurants and shops were easy to reach by walking. Security seemed good, and the staff was helpful.
The room I had felt small. There was a glass divider between the bathroom and the room, and I didn't like it. The massage chair took up too much space, too.

Charming Stay in the City Center
convenient location amazing perk
The hotel's proximity to the subway station was a major advantage for exploring the area. I also appreciated the complimentary luggage delivery service. It allowed me to start sightseeing immediately. The daily room cleaning was thorough (i loved the fresh towels!). The massage chair in the room provided welcomed relaxation after long days.
The self-check-in process felt a bit impersonal. The staff gave out number cards and directed me to a machine, which wasn't the most cute experience.

My economy double room featured a very comfortable bed and a modern bathroom. The air purifier was useful and the massage chair was a delight (especially after a long day of walking). Fresh towels were provided daily.

The breakfast offered a satisfying variety of options in a pleasant setting. I particularly enjoyed the fresh pastries and the coffee. The dining area was kept clean and well-stocked throughout the morning.
